ABOUT US

Howard Austin Feld

For over 30 years, Howard Austin Feld has produced photographs of beautiful women from the demure to the erotic. Howard's clients are from all around the world and his portrait photography work has been featured in numerous national and international magazines and TV shows. Howard became interested in the fine art of boudoir photography right after high school and, in 1980, he opened his first studio in Miami, Florida. For the last 30 years, Howard has owned one of the largest studios in South Florida. In 1995, Howard went totally digital, and his studio became the first fully-digital fashion and beauty studio in the Southeast.. Aside from his indoor boudoir photography studio, Howard has a custom-built outdoor studio located in his home in North Miami, Florida. The outdoor studio is one of the finest in the area. Howard's interests have leaned towards boudoir photography and erotic photography. By 1998, Howard Austin Feld trademarked a new technique called Pixel-impressionism. Howard opened his first gallery in the heart of South Beach, Florida right on the strip of Lincoln Road. Nowadays, Howard is well recognized in his native home, South Beach, Florida and all over the world, for his phenomenal works of art. From demure, erotic and boudoir photography, Howard's photographic style is unique due to his many years of experience with sets, lighting, color, skin retouching, and body shaping techniques and his ability to make all his clients comfortable, trusting and also beautiful. For the past several years Howard also has taught photographers from all over the world through his photographic workshops.

Christine Alfaro

Christine Alfaro has been trained in photography and fine art for many years. Christine has photographed fashion shows, weddings, magazines, and shot for many newspapers... she has the ability to capture a special moment in time every time she picks up a camera. Christine has been photographing women in every situation. Christine received an award for Best Photographer from the Art Directors Club of Houston (A.D.C.H) located in Houston, Texas... Christine relocated to South Beach, FL and has been working along side Howard for the past 2 years and is now the women behind The Boudoir Diaries.

What Is BOUDOIR and PIN UP Photography

A sensual or erotic moment captured in time... of yourself in the style as often portrayed by Bettie Page, Marilyn Monroe, Bridget Bardot, Dita Von Teese to name just a few of the more popular icons of pin up and boudoir photography.

This kind of shoot would involve pictures of you in lingerie, creative outfits or fabrics shot in our indoor or outdoor studio, against beautiful curtains or walls. Often we add boudoir props and furniture to embellish the sets. For example, we have numerous backgrounds which will make you feel like your in a different country, various set looks, etc. All of which can be used to create a boudoir style atmosphere. Poses will contain enticing emotions as well as erotically charged moments.

For Pin Ups, we will use backgrounds in pastel colors in shades of pinks, blues, greens or yellows and/or our lovely outdoor studio. Emphasis will be on styling, makeup, composition and props as well as posing.

The Experience

The Boudoir Diaries Photo Session

We strive to make your experience with us comfortable and creative. We shoot numerous images to produce the best photographs and provide a reasonable number of variations. Our sessions are not based solely on time. We want to capture the right feeling and we are not watching the clock. If we need more time then we give it. Different poses, backgrounds and lighting will be used and modified while searching for perfection in any given set up. In between costume changes your make up may need alteration and touch ups which is handled as needed by our make up artist. We have an extensive portfolio of images to stimulate you creatively. If posing does not come naturally, Howard and Christine will guide you to make you look natural and comfortable. All our sessions are private and prefer just to work with you alone. If you would like to bring a loved one, friend or pet we recommend they enjoy our cat, dog, and people treats in our waiting room.
